At Five Star Academy, we value our students, and we strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for anyone interested in a barber or cosmetology career. That’s why we offer a referral program when current and past students bring us new students! Here’s how it works:
First submit a referral form through the form below.
The current (or former) student receives a $75 gift card, and the new student receives a $75 tuition credit discount.
Each student receives a free T-shirt ($25 value).
*New student must pay, his or her, full deposit within 60 days of the referral being submitted.
Our Programs
We offer several classes ranging from a program designed for complete beginners to one specifically for those with plenty of experience looking to pass the state board exam — and classes for everyone in between. Our programs include:
Beginners: For those with no experience. This course includes eight one- to two-hour one-on-one sessions.
Intermediate: For those with some experience.
Advanced: This class is for those who want to expand their skill set beyond the traditional barber/cosmo services.
- State Board Exam Prep: This course is for those with one to two years of experience who are looking to become a fully licensed Barber or Cosmetologist and need help passing the state board exam.
Our Barber & Cosmetology Academy
At Five Star Academy, we are passionate about providing each of our students with the support, tools, and guidance they need to become successful barbers and cosmetologists. Our Rialto barber and cosmetology school is ideal for students of all levels of experience. Our biggest requirement is a dedication and passion to starting your new career.
Admissions to Our Barber & Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program
If you’re interested in becoming a barber or cosmetologist, getting started is as easy as applying. We require our students to be at least 16 years of age, have a valid social security number or taxpayer identification number, and pay a deposit in order to begin our apprenticeship program. Beyond that, we look for students who show passion and dedication to the craft.
